It's getting harder to think up titles to each post

We got out again tonight after our little lay off yesterday. We were going to go to the Phoenix park but because Sarah wasn't staying in mine and she didn't have enough petrol to go to the Phoenix park and then drop me home and then drive back to hers, we left the car in my car park and headed out from there to the local park.
It's a nice easy run, with the whole outward bound trip uphill, but it's fairly gentle and didn't cause us any trouble, my legs were feeling a little stiff but that wasn't unusual as they are normally like that if I hadn't run the day before. By the time we got to the park though they were nice and lose so the two laps around the .86 of a mile park were easy and I could have done more, but we didn't push it. The advantage of the outward stretch being uphill meant the homeward journey was downhill so we arrived back at the door at 30 minutes and 10 seconds. So exactly what we were supposed to do.
It's a fairly boring route but it served it's purpose, and I'll be doing it again tomorrow, but this time alone as Sarah is out for the evening. Hope it's as easy again tomorrow.

I just found your blog. I hope the training keeps going well. It's ok to miss the odd workout, but try to get in every single long run as scheduled.

Good Luck, and I'm looking forward to reading more.

Thanks for your words of encouragement everyone. I really appreciate them. Thomas I love your blog also, I've been reading it for quite some time, it really gives me a lot of insipration, although if you still consider yourself a crap marathon runner, I dread to think what I am. Thanks again and I look forward to keeping up to date on your progress.
