Last Night & Our Training Plan

Well we got out last night as planned, just done a nice easy 3 miles. Legs were sore for the first mile, especially running up the hills. They eased up after that and I could have run for longer, still it was good to get out. Anyway we're out again tonight. Again it's supposed to be only 20 Minutes easy according to the training plan, but I reckon we'll go for a good bit longer tonight.
I'll let you know tomorrow.
Anyway if anyone is interested, here is the training plan we are doing, I've changed it around a bit from the original one on the marathon website to fit in with or own scheduals.
